The Android Platform

ZUFI SOFTware soon will offer their programs on The Android Platform for mobile phones and tablets.

Android is a free platform for mobile phones. The Android Platform provides an integrated set of software for mobile devices. The Platform include operating system, middleware, interface and applications. The Android Platform is available under the Apache License.
Features of The Android Platform:

  • virtual machine Dalvik,
  • integrated web browser,
  • optimized graphics – library for 2D graphics, 3D graphics based on OpenGL ES 1.0,
  • SQLite – database management system,
  • support for multimedia files - mp3, mp4, JPG etc. etc.

  • support for data transfer technologies - Bluetooth, EDGE, 3G i WiFi,
  • support for equipment such as camera , GPS, compass, accelerometer,
