Bt Watcher initial configuration is very easy. Bt Watcher Configuration Wizard which will automatically find accessible devices, and your Bluetooth mobile device (typically mobile phone). You should only make sure that you enabled Bluetooth in both: computer and phone. This Wizard starts automatically when Bt Watcher runs first time. But if you want to modify connection properties you can run Wizard at any time. This version can automatically lock and unlock protected computer. When connection is losted, BT Watcher will lock screen, and wait until connection will be restored, and screen can be automatically unlocked. BT Watcher Pro can save energy and notebooks battery life. Program save energy by suspending monitor and wake it up when connection is restored. If user want it it can even hibernate computer when it can't connect for defined time. Locking screen is customizable – user can customize, colors, showed picture or displayed informations on locking screen. User also can decide if this scree can be closed by entering password or not. User can protect Bt Watcher by password. If you will set password then if someone will try to disable Bt Watcher to prevent screen locking, program will ask for deactivation password. Password is stored in encrypted form. When Bt Watcher work is invisible, only small icon in system tray is visible. This icon is indicator of Bt Watcher state (if it is working, paused and if yours mobile is "visible" by Bt Watcher). User can configure BT Watcher to make only secure connections, connection without encryptions, or even work without connection with watched device. You can define custom command which will be started when Bt Watcher will lost connection for defined time. If you like you can configure Bt Watcher to shutdown computer when you absence is longer, so when you will go home from office, Bt Watcher will shutdown computer for you. |
